簡介
Located 3.9 km from Hospital Serdang in Putrajaya, this air-conditioned apartment features a balcony and a garden. The unit is 5 km from MAEPS. Free private parking is available on site.
Featuring separate bedrooms, this apartment has a living and dining area, as well as a kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator and a water dispenser. A flat-screen TV is offered. The master bedroom is fitted with an air conditioner and an en suite bathroom with heated shower facilities.
Guests have access to the apartment's facilities, including a swimming pool and fitness centre. A self-service laundromat is available 2 minutes away by car.

針對日前學測考試有考生在國文試題作文中，以英文作答是否給分引發爭議。大考中心委員會13日根據考試規則，不論是在國文作文用英文作答，或是英文科目作文用中文、日文回答「一律都給零分！」並且大考中心也依據考試規章，因考生書寫與答案無關的文字符號，除作文零分外還必須再扣減該科1級分。
大考中心13日召開委員會議表示，日前學測的非選擇題閱卷時發現，一名考生書寫國文科作文時，使用英文作答，由於過去從未有相關前例，當時傳出大考中心「擬幫考生翻譯後給分」的說法，引發各界撻伐，不過大考中心事後澄清是誤傳。
大考中心說，今年學測考試有考生在作答英文作文時，在答案卷上寫滿無法辨別語意的中文，另有一名考生在英文科作文用「日、英」夾雜答題，以及有考生以英文作答國文作文等3案例，另外，還有考上在作文試紙上塗鴉畫畫等。
大考中心副主任沈青嵩指出，閱卷期間，大考中心從未接到閱卷委員要求針對特定答案卷處理、討論，至於英文考試用中文、日文作答或國文作文以英文作答，這些情形都是首次遇到，不過考生的答案看起來都是亂寫、字母拼湊，並不成文。
沈青嵩說，將尊重各考科閱卷委員的專業評分標準，用其他語言作答之作文都被「評為零分」，另外根據考試規則，考生若書寫與答案無關的文字符號必須扣減該科1級分，其中包括了在答案卷上塗鴉等。?
